Shipping & Returns
We understand the challenge of purchasing jewelry online without seeing how it looks, feels, and wears. We try to make this decision as easy as possible with high quality images to help you visualize the jewelry. Twila True Fine Jewelry is happy to offer free overnight shipping and insurance on all orders. One of our top priorities is customer satisfaction, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer free returns within 30 days of receipt in their complete original packaging and unworn condition. All sales are final beyond the 30 days. Credit will not be issued for engravings.
Custom orders may not be canceled or returned. We reserve the right to ask for a written confirmation indicating your commitment of a final sale during holiday periods.
If you would like to cancel your order or make a return, please follow these steps:
- Log into your account on www.twilatrue.com
- Click on “Orders” to view your orders.
- Click on the order you would like to return.
- Click Request Return
- Select “Qty to Return” for each item you would like to return.
- Select the reason for your return.
- Select the return action you would like to see take place.
- Enter any information you feel is needed to have your return completed. For example, “This is the wrong item.” Try to include as much information as possible to allow a customer service representative to process the return quickly.
- Click Submit Return Request.
You will receive an email confirmation that your request has been submitted. If we have any further questions we may contact you. You will receive an email letting you know the status of your return or you may log in to your account on www.twilatrue.com and view the status of your return. You may also receive further instructions to continue the return process.
